अयोध्या राम जन्मभूमि मुकदमा भगवान को न्याय देने वाला अपनी तरह का दुनिया का पहला और अनोखा केस था। भगवान श्रीराम जन्मभूमि विवाद का फैसला सबके सामने है लेकिन इसके अनेक दिलचस्प और महत्वपूर्ण पहलू आम लोगों की नजरों में अभी तक आए ही नहीं हैं। सुप्रीम कोर्ट में 40 दिन की सुनवाई के दौरान सुबह से शाम तक हर पक्ष के तेवरों और दलीलों के चश्मदीद के तौर पर ‘अयोध्या से अदालत तक भगवान श्रीराम ’ लिखी गई है। जिरह के इतने रंग शायद किसी केस में नहीं मिले। 92 साल के किस दिग्गज वकील ने पूरे अयोध्या केस के दौरान खड़े रहकर बहस की। बैठकर जिरह करने की बात पर इस दिग्गज के आंसू बहने लगते थे। झांसी की रानी का इलाज करने वाले धार्मिक संगठन का इस केस से क्या लेना-देना था, औरंगजेब की सेना में इटली के कमांडर ने मस्जिद के बारे में क्या लिखा। गुरु नानक देव बाबर के भारत आने से पहले अयोध्या गए और उन्होंने वहां राम से जुड़े किन तथ्यों को बयान किया था। इन सब सवालों के जवाब के साथ विदेशी यात्रियों के हवाले से किस तरह वकीलों ने अपने तरीके से मंदिर और मस्जिद का विवादित स्थल पर होना सिद्ध करने का प्रयास किया।

Laws of Minority Educational Rights & Educational Institutions
The Provisions of Article 14 of Constitution provides right of equality to the citizens of India. Article 16 ensures the rights of equality in the matter of public employment. Apart from these rights of equality, these are certain special provisions for providing certain privileges to the backwards and minority communities in the country. The Provisions of Article 29 and 30 of Constitution provide certain special rights to the minority communities; these rights are available to both religious and linguistics minority communities.
